The Champeaux is a large modern brasserie with 180 tables and an open terrace during the summer that can accommodate up to 80 people. The restaurant is well light by large bay windows that let in tons of sunlight. You can also find a large metal notice-board like those in airports, that display the daily menu along with descriptions of each dish.

Regarding the cuisine, the Champeaux has a wide range of dishes created using the ingredients provided by the brasserie market. Egg mimosas, Scottish smoked salmon, shrimp salad, Charolais beef tartare... there's something for everyone. Their signature dish is the fluffy soufflé, which can be enjoyed both as a sweet or salty dish. On one end, you can order a cheese, tomato, or lobster soufflé, while on the other, you can order a raspberry or chocolate soufflé.

Either as a couple, with your family, or with friends, the Champeaux is creates an experience for every guest. If you wish to continue the night here, you can even relax at the bar and be taken away by their selection of artisanal beers, champagnes, or any of their signature cocktails.
