Withdrawal form

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery, due to their nature. Any product whose packaging has been opened cannot be accepted for return.

In the event of a return of an unopened product in its original packaging, the cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Histoires de Parfums does not cover return shipping costs.
